4.  FEICS II  New Version of FEICS with EI replaced with Avoidance Subscale

This is a new version of FEICS that we call FEICS II.  We have replaced the EI subscale with an Avoidance subscale.  We have a paper under review that hopefully will be available shortly.  This scale shows good reliability and validity.
